One of our engravers will email you proofs to review. Check spelling and design and let us know of any changes.

Only after artwork is approved, we will begin production. Average production time is 5 business days, but varies based on order size.

Prior to shipping, we make a final quality inspection. Once boxed and labeled, we'll email you tracking info.

Terms and Conditions

Payment: Credit or debit card payment is required for online orders. Contact us directly if other terms are needed.
Production Time: We require 5 business days after proof approval for production plus shipping on most items unless otherwise stated. For rush orders contact us directly to check on availability.
Proofs: On most orders, proofs will be emailed prior to production. Once approved, you are responsible for the accuracy of the text on the final product. If approved and production has started any changes you make will incur additional charges.
Artwork and Text Files: For artwork submission, we prefer vector art in pdf or eps format. Photos are acceptable as jpg files in 300 dpi resolution or higher. Text files such as Microsoft Word and Excel are also acceptable. You may also share cloud-based documents in Google Docs or DropBox for large files or photos. We will do our best to work with your submissions but in some cases, additional art charges may apply. We will notify you if your art files require extra charges or are not suitable for reproduction.
Trademarks: By placing an order and supplying artwork, the buyer represents that they have authority to reproduce and use the names, trademark, and copyrights submitted with the order. The buyer agrees to hold Award Specialties, Inc., it’s affiliates and owners harmless for any and all claims and expenses arising from or related to infringement of trademarks or copyrights relating to the reproduction of artwork submitted by the buyer.
Shipping: Items will be shipped by UPS standard ground delivery or in some cases by the United States Postal Service, First Class or Priority Mail services. You may expect transit times and rates based on these delivery services from Waco, Texas 76710 unless other arrangements are made with our company prior to shipping.
